Who We Staff

We hire staff members who are compassionate, reliable and operate with a sense of integrity. Each member of our staff must be client-focused and service-minded as we look for individuals who can help make the everyday activities easier for our clients.

License Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPNs are qualified to provide basic medical care, such as checking and recording vital signs, inserting catheters and ensuring patient comfort. They may also helping with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Registered Nurse (RN)

Registered nurses are qualified to administer medication, advanced treatments, and educational materials to patients and families.

Certified Nursing Assistants

CNAs serve as the frontline contact between medical staff and patients. They also help clients bathe, get dress, eat and use the bathroom all while maintaining their dignity.

Patient Care Techs

Patient care technicians provide direct and indirect health care to clients by assisting with medical treatments and other needs. Duties may also include health monitoring, performing basic nursing procedures, and moving, turning or relocating clients.

Medical Assistants

While the exact scope of responsibilities may vary, medical assistants generally support the health care team by gathering patient medical history, taking and recording vital sign information, and occasionally assisting with minor, office-based procedures.

Caregivers

Caregivers provide basic housekeeping and care for sick, elderly and/or recovering patients. They clean, plan, and accompany clients to appointments and promote the health of their clients by adhering to medication, diet, and exercise plans.

Case Managers

Case managers serve as the liaison between staff and clients. Duties can include planning how to successfully place each patient, assessing overall client health, and monitoring treatment plans to ensure each client need is being met.

Companion Sitters

Our companion sitters are both compassionate and attentive. They ensure our clients wellbeing by providing emotional support. They often take care of basic housekeeping, prepare meals, remind clients to take medication, help clients engage in activities and social events, and perform other tasks to help clients feel safe and supported.
